Dianne Edgar,I-Marketing's Managing Director, Dianne Edgar, has worked in marketing for more than 25 years. She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (MCIM), and also holds Diplomas in Purchasing and Supply, and languages.
Having worked both in-house and as a marketing consultant for organisations in the UK and overseas - including Glaxo, Royal Bank of Scotland, British Airways, PHH AllStar, and SA Europe - Dianne has a wealth of experience of controlling budgets of £1 million plus,
and yet also appreciates that the smaller the budget, the more skill is needed to manage it successfully. As a Scot, she believes in helping clients obtain value for money by combining relevant research, careful planning, innovative ideas and proven marketing techniques.
Dianne now applies her expertise to set up and manage sales, telesales, customer care, public relations and marketing departments for a variety of organisations in retail, financial services, B2B and the public sector. She also originates and presents a range of practical training programmes and seminars, drawing upon her experience to illustrate marketing in action.
